Returns For Online Home Delivery Orders

At Natural Raw Dog Foods, customer satisfaction is our priority. We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair outcomes. Please review the following guidelines for online home delivery orders:

  • Delivery and Storage Disclaimer:
    Our products are transported and delivered in a 
    temperature-controlled vehicle, ensuring they remain fully frozen during transit. If you are not home at the time of delivery, we strongly recommend leaving out a cooler to maintain product integrity. Natural Raw Dog Foods cannot be held responsible for returns or refunds due to packaging that has thawed after delivery.
  • Reporting Issues with Delivery:
    Any claims of incorrect or damaged items must be submitted within 
    24 hours of delivery receipt.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee:
    Refunds may be considered within 
    30 days of purchase, provided the product is no more than 50% consumed. Refund approvals are subject to our discretion.

  • Your order number
  • Full name and contact information
  • Date of purchase
  • Product(s) you wish to return and the reason
  • Best Before Date of the product(s)


We will respond to your request within 1–2 business days.

Returns For In-Store Purchases/Orders

For products purchased at a retail location, returns must be handled directly with the store where the purchase was made. These returns are subject to Natural Raw Dog Foods' Satisfaction Guarantee and the store’s individual return policy.

Please note that some retailers may not accept returns of raw pet food due to food safety protocols. We encourage you to review the store's return policy before purchasing.

Sales And Promotions

Purchases made during sales are available while supplies last. We cannot guarantee availability or fulfillment of promotional items, and rainchecks will not be provided.

Important Information

Natural Raw Dog Foods reserves the right to decline refunds or issue partial refunds as necessary. The following policies also apply:


  • Returned products must be less than 50% consumed.
  • Gift cards and coupons cannot be refunded and have no cash value.
  • If a return requires pickup, a $20 delivery fee may be applied unless the return is scheduled alongside a new order.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply and will be confirmed during the return process.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, with applicable discounts deducted.

Returns Due To Illness Claims

For returns related to concerns about animal or human illness, a detailed investigation will be conducted to ensure compliance with our safe food handling practices. We may request the following information:


  • Best Before Date of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (top and bottom)
  • A photo of the product as it appears inside the packaging
  • Details on how the product was stored or thawed
  • The product itself for further review
