At Natural Raw Dog Foods, we are committed to ensuring your furry friends receive their meals fresh and on time.

Please review our delivery policy below:

1. Free Delivery on Orders over $50 (CAD):

• All orders totaling $50 (CAD) pre-tax or more qualify for free next-day delivery within our service areas.

2. Delivery Fee for Orders Under $50 (CAD):

• For orders under $50 (CAD), a flat delivery fee of $20 (CAD) will apply.

3. Next-Day Delivery Guarantee:

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST are guaranteed to be delivered the next day.
• Orders places after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day and delivered the day after.

We prioritize the quality and freshness of your Natural Raw Dog Food. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery to maintain the product's integrity.

Order Additions and Cancellations

Order Additions or Changes:

You can modify your order by emailing Info@naturalrawdogfoods.com before the order submission deadline.

• For additions, payment for the outstanding balance must be completed before the order can be processed. We will either call to collect payment over the phone or send an invoice to be paid through our website.
• Requests made after the deadline will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled anytime up to 24 business hours (between 8 AM – 4 PM) prior to delivery by emailing Info@naturalrawdogfoods.com.

• A 15% restocking fee may apply to cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery.
